Verdelora evaluates species with potential to occur, documents detections on and adjacent to the property, and assesses the effects of construction timing and facility configuration on those species. Detection and non-detection are reported separately from habitat suitability. A species may go undetected on suitable habitat within a single survey, and may be detected on marginal habitat.
We tie each seasonal restriction, buffer, and other avoidance measure to a documented condition. Each is written as dates and distances that fit a construction or operations schedule.
