Verdelora quantifies species composition, cover by functional group, and the presence and extent of native remnant vegetation. We report seeded species separately from volunteer and residual species. This distinguishes establishment of the specified seed mix from incidental cover.
Baseline surveys support siting, design, and permitting. Repeat surveys measure trajectory: whether the community is advancing toward its recovery objectives, holding in an early ruderal state dominated by annual species, or moving toward an invaded or degraded state. Each report states which trajectory the data support.
