Verdelora prepares wildlife mitigation plans, biodiversity management plans, habitat and pollinator management plans, and predator management plans. Each is written to the obligations attached to the property. Those obligations may originate in a permit condition, a lease or easement term, a lender or corporate reporting requirement, or a management objective the owner has set.
Every measure states the action, the trigger condition, the accountable party, the verifying party, and the criterion that determines whether it has been met. Recovery objectives are tied to the reference community model and expressed as measurable attributes. Monitoring is specified by the metrics and sampling design that test those criteria. Adaptive management provisions define the response when a criterion is missed. Revision triggers define the conditions that reopen the plan, including changes in land management, disturbance events, new species detections, and changes in a species’ regulatory status. Plans are versioned with a revision log, so current obligations and their history are both documented.
